Returns
You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Perishable goods
- Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- If your refund has not been received within this time frame, please first check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times can vary.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us with your order number and details.
Shipping for Returns
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
