Standard Delivery Fees
- Flat rate shipping from R150 – R200, depending on product type and size.
- Remote / Outlying Areas: A small surcharge may apply (typically R20 extra). Deliveries to these areas may be sent via registered post if courier service is unavailable.
- Free Delivery: Orders over R3,000 qualify for FREE nationwide delivery.
Delivery Timelines
- Standard orders are packed, processed, and dispatched within 3–5 working days.
- Delivery to main centres is usually faster. Outlying or rural areas may take a little longer.
- If a courier cannot deliver to your area, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative method.
Bulk & “Only on Request” Items
Certain products (such as bulk towel packs or custom-requested colours) are available only in full pack sizes and may require additional lead time.
- Additional Lead Time: Please allow an extra 5–7 working days for these items.
- Customers purchasing these products must be prepared to accept full pack quantities.
Important Notes
- Orders flagged for free delivery items will be shipped free of charge, regardless of your order total.
- Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Deliveries are available within South Africa only.
