3. Orders & Quotes

  • Some products are available via Request a Quote only. In these cases, no payment is taken online.
  • Orders are only confirmed once we have verified product availability and received payment (for products available for direct purchase).
  • For custom orders, production will only begin after written approval of the quotation and receipt of the agreed deposit.

4. Payment

  • For products available for online purchase, we accept payments via PayFast (secure South African payment gateway).
  • All quotes and invoices are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times vary based on product availability, location, and supplier schedules.
  • While we aim to meet estimated delivery dates, Élan Distributors is not liable for delays caused by couriers, suppliers, or external circumstances beyond our control.
  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout for applicable products or provided in your quotation for “Request a Quote” items.

6. Returns & Refunds

7. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

  • Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless defective or incorrectly supplied.
  • Any changes to custom orders must be requested in writing before production begins.

8. Limitation of Liability

Élan Distributors will not be held responsible for:

  • Loss, damage, or injury caused by improper use of our products
  • Delays in delivery due to third-party carriers
  • Variations in product appearance due to manufacturing processes or natural material differences
