The Palfridge EB1150PG Pizza Top Under Bar Fridge is a purpose-built refrigeration unit for commercial food prep areas. With a generous 400-litre capacity, it’s ideal for pizza stations, sandwich counters, and busy kitchen environments that require efficient, accessible cooling under the counter.

Its design includes top-mounted compartments compatible with a range of gastronorm dish sizes (GN pans not included), offering flexibility for ingredients and toppings:

The fridge features a stainless steel exterior, Chromadek rear panel, and stainless steel interior base for a hygienic and durable finish. It is equipped with one adjustable shelf (530mm × 600mm) and blue/white LED lighting, providing excellent visibility in prep areas.

A fan-forced finned evaporator ensures even cooling throughout the unit, while electronic temperature control allows precise management of storage conditions. Heated mullions minimize condensation, improving visibility and food safety. For added convenience, lockable castor wheels make the unit easy to move for cleaning or reconfiguration.

Energy efficiency remains a core feature. The unit uses just 3.24 kWh per 24 hours, with a start current of 7.33 Amps and run current of 1.55 Amps. It operates in warm commercial environments with a Climate Class 4 rating (up to 30°C and 55% humidity).
